Beyond the occasional and “ordinary” nightmare, reoccurring nightmares and night terrors are usually put in the unexplainable category with little to no answers or solutions, often leaving us feeling helpless and hopeless. While there can be biological or psychological reasons for some people's night fears, nightmares and night terrors, this service for those who have tried everything, ruled out all the "normal" stuff and have come up empty. I blend my unique experience in various forms and traditions of energy work to traverse many possible areas and reasons for these night disturbances. Sometimes the cause of such experiences is from a detrimental energy pattern or source in a person’s home, or it could be a past life trauma trying to surface, perhaps it’s an issue of energetic protection that is needed, or something that is ready to be healed...among other things. Some people can be effected by more than one thing, so it’s important to search for and understand the many possibilities a person may experience these night disturbances in order to remedy the situation.
WHAT I DO:
I work with adults and kiddos (with a parent) experiencing out-of-the-ordinary night fears, nightmares and night terrors to bring them relief and better nights.
HOW I DO IT:
I use a multi-faceted approach to get to the root cause or causes of the night disturbances to try to find solutions that support more peaceful nights. I combine my experience as a certified Infant and Family Sleep Specialist, with my experience as a certified Shamanic Practitioner and Geopathic Stress Dowser, to get to the reason or cause of the night disturbance in order to remedy the situation.
Every situation is unique, the first step is for me to find out what you/your child is experiencing so that I can create a custom Nightmare Repair Plan based on what I sense is needed. This may be simple energy refreshing techniques, an energetic protection meditation, a Personal Energy Alchemy session and / or a Space Clearing session.
HOW IT WORKS:
After making your Nightmare Repair plan purchase, I will email you an initial questionnaire to fill out and some day/time options to connect for 30 minutes via video call. After gathering more information during our call, I will create a custom Nightmare Repair Energy Alchemy plan for you. If personal energy methods are recommended, we will set up a time to check in after a couple of weeks. If a Personal Energy Alchemy or Space Clearing session is recommended, I will provide the information of what that would entail, from there you can decide how you would like to proceed.
